Module 3: Building Tools for Implementation

Apprenticeship Ambassadors are tasked with crafting a dynamic tool that elevates Apprenticeship programs and caters to the needs of a selected target audience. The tool should be a catalyst for promoting equity and ensuring accessibility for all students interested in engaging with Apprenticeship programs. The tool will adopt a flexible approach of ongoing refinement that considers feedback and reflection. This ensures a dynamic and responsive tool that evolves based on real-time insights and the individual needs of the Apprenticeship program participants.

Objectives

In this module you will:

  • Develop a dynamic tool that effectively enhances the perception and impact of Apprenticeship programs, addressing the specific needs of a chosen target audience.
  • Consider accessibility for a diverse range of students, removing barriers and enhancing engagement in Apprenticeship programs.
  • Adopt a flexible approach to ongoing refinement, utilizing feedback and reflection mechanisms.
